‘The Sun’s Fiery Kiss to the Night’ was a gift to a couple of dear friends for some much needed recuperation time at their home late last summer. We were made to feel very welcome.

Again a moment in the day that for me is when all the magic happens. The sun dropping in the sky and the colours that burst into life as this occurs, for me is truly magical. Although the piece is from my imagination (again) I hope it evokes for you that particular time of the day in all it’s majesty.

An oil pastel drawing in warm tones of reds, yellows, mauves etc, the picture was a joy to create and gave me even more pleasure giving it away to such dear old friends.
