"Multi-story Colour" is another abstract and very highly textured acrylic painted piece inspired by the brightly coloured Mediterranean fishing boats seen bobbing about in just about every harbour. Their colours are so bright and cheerful, probably as a result of the boat painters living in a largely sunny location I guess. Right here and now in England if it were dictated by the weather ours would be a fetching shade of battleship grey - and only grey as well!

Anyway back to more cheerier matters, some of the individual acrylic painted colours are edged with genuine warm gold leaf for an eye-catching visual effect, signed to the front (bottom left) and gloss varnished. The painting is on a medium edged gallery wrapped canvas, measuring 20" x 8" x 0.75" (50.8cm x 20.3cm x 1.9cm) and painted in white on all sides so no framing required. The work is supplied with eyelets and cord fitted to reverse, so ready to hang straight on your wall of choice.
