The Wren in my opinion is one of the prettiest of all British birds and I know it's not as colourful as say the Goldcrest, Kingfisher etc, but for me, gram for gram it's prettier and a joy to watch! "Jenny Wren" is a detailed watercolour painting on Saunders Waterford Watercolour paper (300gsm) rough. I used a rough finish paper to give just a little more dimension to the painting.
