"Renaissance Man" is a fairly quick pencil portrait sketch of a classical Renaissance period figure. Drawn from memory of a painting I have seen from one of my Art Gallery trips, the name of which escapes me at present? It was drawn using a sepia brown pencil onto a marlmarque marbled paper just really for practice and nothing more. Like all trades of which art and artists are no exception, the longer the period between in this instance drawing becomes, the more out of practice you'll inevitably be. So it's important to keep it up and I try to draw as often as circumstances allow.
